8:05– 11:00 a.m. Morning Session
11:55am – 2:45 p.m. Afternoon Session
Elementary (Grades 1 to 6):
8:05 a.m. Entrance Bell
8:10 a.m. Classes Begin
10:15-10:30 Recess
12:15 p.m. Lunch
12:55 p.m. Classes Resume
2:45 p.m. Dismissal
Students are not expected to arrive earlier than 15 minutes before starting time in the morning. Students remaining at school after 3:00 may do so only under the direct supervision of a staff member.
Before School
Supervision begins outside at 7:55 am. Students should not arrive at school before this time and should not come into the school until the first bell. Teachers use this time in the morning to prepare for their day. Thank you for respecting this planning time for teachers.
Weather Conditions
Students must come into the school when weather conditions are not suitable for outdoor activities. Unless it is raining or if it is colder than –20 degrees Celsius, children are expected to wait outside until the first bell rings.
